The first step is the evaluation process to determine the estate sales profitability. Our collective experience and wide-ranging product knowledge helps us accurately evaluate the profit range for each individual sale. This free evaluation will establish clear expectations for what can reasonably be earned from your estate sale.
PRICING & STAGING
Our goal is to price all items fairly while aiming to get the most competitive prices for our clients. Our understanding of current trends and the desires of estate sale shoppers allow us to determine optimal pricing. We organize and display items so shoppers can easily browse and find what they are looking for. We will transform your home into a safe, fun and interesting shopping experience.
HOSTING A SALE
Our staff is in charge of hosting every part of the sale. We manage the crowds, assist shoppers, watch over your inventory and keep your home secure. We set up one cash register station and record all transactions. We host a shopping experience that is friendly and fun!
POST-SALE ORGANIZING
At the end of the sale, you have a choice of taking care of the balance of the items yourself, or have us oversee the process. We will call in a trusted cleanout man who we’ve used for years, based on his reliability, cost, and quality of work. He will donate to charities, do the dump runs, and leave the property in broom-clean condition. Any costs associated with this clean out, will be deducted from the sale proceeds and are not part of the estate sale.
